Skye Bullen

Consultant and PhD candidate,
Clear Horizons and University of New South Wales

Skye is founder & director of PCT Consulting. Skye has a particular interest in Indigenous Data Sovereignty and her professional objective is to support communities and organisations in applying place based, relevant and evidence-based approaches to making concrete and sustained changes in the lives of families and young people. 

Skye has worked on place based evaluation nationally (namely The Maranguka Justice Reinvestment Project in Bourke and Ready Set Go Port Stephens) and brings experience in social governance, community defined measurement & evaluation and research to her role. 

Skye is currently completing her PhD and co-coordinating the ARC funded "Youth At-Risk Research Network (YARRN) - Integrating research in remote communities project" based at The National Drug & Alcohol Research Council. 

As a CFI Associate, Skye continues to develop her skills and experience in evaluation, collective impact and social research.
