Currently the Evaluation & Data Analyst for the GROW initiative, Kerry is employed by the Give Where You Live Foundation; the backbone organisation of the GROW initiative.
Kerry holds a Bachelor of Business and a Masters in International Development and has over 15 years’ experience within the international and community development sectors, having previously worked with Oxfam Australia and Geelong based Ethnic Association & Settlement Services provider. Kerry has extensive experience in the development of program designs and theories of change, designing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, and more recently grappling with the complexity of measuring outcomes and impact across 100 local businesses within the GROW initiative.
Through GROW, Kerry is involved in the development of an adaptive and practical region wide measurement framework, which includes establishing a complex collaborative measurement systems tracking shifts in local social procurement and the creation of employment outcomes. Prior to making the transition to the not-for-profit sector, Kerry worked in a number of roles within the Banking and Finance sector in Australia and the UK.
Growing Regional Opportunities for Work (GROW) is a long term regional collective impact initiative, convened by the Give Where You Live Foundation and G21 – Geelong Region Alliance. GROW aims to tackle place based disadvantage using an economic development approach. In partnership with local business, government and community organisations, our region collectively commits to job creation through local social procurement, and linking jobs to disadvantaged job seekers.
